How to place an order?
Once you have selected a Product and made sure that the color and size is correct, you need to click … button to add it to your Shopping Cart. After reviewing the Shopping Cart and finalizing the list of items, you will be prompt to select the Payment and Shipping Method, confirm the shipping address and then click the 'Checkout' button.
Do I get my order number/ID? 
Once the checkout process is completed, all the Order details will be reflected on your Account page, including Order ID and Shipping number (if applicable). Order confirmation e-mail will be forwarded to your registered email address as well.
If I buy from different Sellers can my Order be combined for a single shipping only?
Unfortunately only Purchases from the same Seller can be combined in one shipping if they have been ordered from the same Seller. For such items please select "combine items into a single shipment' in order to save more.
Item I received is damaged / wrong or does not match the description.
You will need to notify the seller about this and provide proof photos or videos. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions he will have to offer you several options to resolve this matter:
1. Exchange of the product (return shipping fees will be responsibility of the seller). In this case you will need to wait until the seller acknowledges the receipt of the product and completes its evaluation.
2. He can offer a Refund (order value + shipping fees) without returning the item. Refund proof should be provided to you within 24 hours. Although the funds crediting time might take up to 30 working days depending on the payment method you chose initially.
The item is missing in the package.
You will need to contact the Seller directly to let him know about this and provide possible proof (i.e. product size mentioned in the descriotion compared to the shipping package size. Or the total weight of the parcel mentioned on the shipping lable compared to the missing item appx. weight mentioned on the website).

Order status states "Delivered" but I haven't received it.

In case they confirm non-receipt of your parcel, you are advised to contact the Seller to get a replacement shipped to you again or apply for a Refund. You can open a dispute by clicking the corresponding button near your Order details in case this step doesn't work out.
Can I order in bulk?
Each Seller will define the bulk/wholesale quantity and will set a discounted price. Although you should always keep in mind that orders containing more than 5 items of the same Product are considered commercial lots (intended to be used for sale) and could be subject to taxation in your country customs regardless the overall Order value.
Item/Product is not available. How can I subscribe for notifications?
You can tick the box "Send email notification for item availability" near the unavailable Product and we will keep you posted via e-mail.
Do you offer “Gift” option? Will the Order contain any price info?
Sure! We do! We understand/value our Customer's spacial needs and requests and it is always available on our platform. The package will contain only a basic Invoice with the list of included items mentioning no price.
Can I have multiple wishlists and how to share them?
For your convenience , while adding the item to your Wishlist, you will be asked either to create a new one or select from the existing list. How to share?

How to cancel my order?
You can always cancel your Order for free before you see the "Dispatched" in the shipping status. For that you will need to click (or there will be no button to cancel and it will be done only by contacting the Seller?)… After it is dispatched you will need to wait until the Order is delivered to your address and only then apply for Return.
Cannot cancel my Order.
After the order has been dispatched by the Seller, you can only apply for the Return once you receive your Order. In case you cannot cancel due to any other reasons, you can contact the Seller for more details on this matter.
Is the cancellation free?

How soon can I cancel my order?
You can always cancel your Order for free before you see the "Dispatched" in the shipping status.

This may mean several issues:
1. Insufficient balance on your card.
2. Card has expired and is blocked. 3. Will we have a lot of Payment errors?
Do I get a hard copy of my purchase Invoice ? / Receipt?
Every shipping will contain a hard copy of the Tax Invoice.
For how long will my order be available for collection after it has been delivered to my Country?
The depends on the Regulations of the shipping Company and the local Post Office. You are kindly requested to coordinate with them accordingly.

If you are considering buying several items from the same Seller, you have an option to save more on shipping fees by checking the box "combine items into a single shipping". Please note that this might delay the dispatch that is subject to all the items availability.
Shipping address was changed after the Purchase.
1. Inform the Seller about changes at the earliest.
2. The Seller can modify the address only before the Order has been dispatched.
3. As an alternative option you can inform your local Post Office about your address change and convert your shipping into local pick up or to redirect it to a new address.
Why my Order was dispatched only after several days after payment?
This may mean several things:
1. The payment for this Order has not been credited to the Seller's Account due to some banking regulations.
2. Not all items from your Order have been available at the same time and the Seller took some time to process it as one shipment.
Does the shipping fee include exporting/importing taxes and deposits?
As the Sellers' wear-houses are located in China, there will be no exporting taxes. Although certain import tax amount can be applied in your country. Also keep in mind that orders containing more than 5 items of the same Product are considered commercial lots (intended to be used for sale) and could be subject to taxation in your country customs, regardless the overall Order value.
Will I get a tracking number for my shipping?
It will depend on the Shipping method, shipping company you select and the overall value of the Order.
Do all orders get shipping tracking number regardless order price and shipping method?
It will depend on the Shipping method, shipping company you select and the overall value of the Order.
Why does the shipping tracking number changed into a new one shared with other orders?
A tracking number could be changed when the shipping method had been upgraded to a better one, what would result in a faster delivery of your Order.
How can I receive my Refund? (to A/C or as website points/Bosslpay A/C)
Normally Refund will be issued to the same Account that was used for purchasing the items - Credit Card or PayPal. Refund to the PayPal account normally takes 5-7 working days and to the Credit Card might take up to 30 working days depending on the bank regulations.
How can I check status of my Refund?

How can I exchange or return item I purchased?
When the Buyer has received the item but doesn't like it or doesn't want anymore and would like to return or exchange it, he can contact the Seller and, depending on his Return Policy, he can accept it back for Return and further Refund. The returned item should be in a new and unused condition. The shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer in this case.
Do you offer any Warranty for your Products?
Warranty is subject to seller's terms and conditions. In case the product contains warranty, it should be mentioned on the website page accordingly.
How to buy a gift card?

How to restore lost gift card?

Can I convert a gift card I received, into funds that will be credited to my Bank Account (in case the gift card recipient is asking n not the one who initially paid for it)?
Cards points can only be used for purchases within the website and cannot be credited back to the Bank Account as funds.
Can I use Coupon for a discounted Product?

In case there is an issue that you tried to resolve with the seller directly although didn't come to any consensus, you can always contact us on cs@bossl.com or file a dispute for the Return/Refund-related cases.
